Returns & Refunds Policy

1. No Change-of-Mind Returns
Aussie Peptides does not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Due to the nature of research compounds — including strict storage and handling requirements and the impossibility of verifying the condition of returned products — all sales are considered final once dispatched.

2. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
A refund or replacement may be issued where a product:
- Is faulty or damaged upon arrival;
- Is not of acceptable quality;
- Does not match its description or specifications; or
- Is not fit for the purpose it was supplied for.
3. How to Lodge a Claim
If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at with the following information:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.
We will assess your claim and respond within 2 business days. Where a remedy is warranted, we will arrange a refund or replacement at our discretion, in accordance with the ACL.
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the refund being approved. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Pre-Order Delays
Any pre-order date, ETA window, or estimated stock arrival date is an estimate only and may change without notice. Pre-order timelines may be affected by supplier, manufacturing, import, customs, freight, or carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Refunds are not automatically available solely because a pre-order is delayed. Any request for a refund arising from a pre-order delay will be assessed by us on a case-by-case basis. We may approve a refund where a delay becomes unreasonably long or where we consider a refund appropriate in the circumstances, but any such refund remains at our discretion except where a remedy is otherwise required by the Australian Consumer Law.
